A pallet inverter can be useful for many different tasks;
Several different
models are available; suitable for stacks of more than 2 meter height,
and weights of 1 ton, 2 tons, 5 tons or more.
The standard
models needs to be loaded and unloaded with a fork truck, but models suitable
for loading with a floor level lead truck are available, as are models with
driven rollers for
installation inline in conveyor lines and automated installations.
We further deliver machines that will lift and tip most loads on forks, plates,
boxes etc,
90 to ca.110 degrees.

in start position, clamping plate partly lowered. When load is inverted, the load rests on the clamping plate which is lowered as much as necessary before the load is lifted out by truck, torn bags replaced, or a new pallet placed on top before start of return cycle |
Inverter during turning sycle. It can be stopped in any position during turning. This can be useful if there is a need to straighten a stack, take out items in the middle of a stack etc. If stopped ca. midway at 90 degrees, the clamping pressure can be released and gap opened a little, and allow for adjustment of the stack before reclamping and continuing the cycle, or returning to base position. |
